We work intensively 1:1 with you over 4-6 weeks to evaluate the financial health of your business. We look at your offerings, unit economics, margin targets, revenue pipeline, costs, operating budget, and staffing plan. We also fill in all those pesky things you might forget as a business owner like taxes, insurance, and compliance.

The result is a 2-year projection and roadmap for where your business is going. We finish with an implementation session in which we review a punch list of key activities in the first three months to meet your annual goals.
